Frequently Asked Questions

1. how do we receive our photos

Once edited, I send your gallery via email with a link that is password protected. From there you are able to download your photos to a smartphone or computer.

2. What is your turnaround time?

My average turnaround time for a general session is 48-72 hours after the session date. For weddings, I provide a sneak peek gallery 24 hours after the wedding date and full gallery delivery within 2 weeks after wedding.

3. What is your cancellation policy?

A nonrefundable retainer is required to secure your session date. If you need to cancel, the remaining balance will not be due. However, the retainer is nonrefundable as it covers the time and resources reserved for your session. Rescheduling may be an option based on availability.

4. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I understand photography is an investment, and I offer flexible payment plans to make it more accessible. Let’s discuss options that work for you.
